  • Proof of a Negative Rapid Test or proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR (polymerase chain reaction) test

Proof of a Negative Rapid Test which they will be able to have performed upon arrival, at the Hotel Lobby suite (ground floor), during the following dates and hours:

Cancellation Policy

For any written cancellations sent to the Organizing-Administrative Bureau (email info@conferre.gr):

  1. Before & on 31/03/2021 there will be full refund
  2. From 01/04/2021 until 30/04/2021: 50% of the amount will be refunded
  3. From 01/05/2021 & onwards: there will be no refund

In case of cancellation, refunds will be settled within 30 days from the end date of the Congress. All cancellations and/or amendments have to be made in writing to Conferre S.A. No telephone cancellations and/or amendments will be accepted.

Receipts-Invoices

All invoices and receipts will be provided to participants upon completion of the event by the organizing-Administrative Bureau, upon request. No receipts or invoices will be sent in advance.
